Overview
Children explore movement, yoga, and play while building lifelong healthy habits. Classes are 30–60 minutes and balance active play, mindful practice, and creative expression.
From body awareness to focus to real-life use.
Activities blend yoga, playful movement, mindfulness, creative expression, and group connection to help teens develop practical tools they can use in everyday life.
