YogiSmart brings playful yoga and brain-body movement experiences to early childhood programs. Sessions are designed to support young children's developing attention, body awareness, and emotional-regulation while fitting naturally into classroom routines.
Through songs, movement, imaginative play, and mindfulness practices, children explore healthy habits while building skills that support learning and social connection.

YogiSmart sessions support educators by providing engaging movement experiences that fit naturally into classroom routines. Programs can help with transitions, movement breaks, and calming practices that support a focused and positive classroom environment.
Teachers are encouraged to participate alongside children, creating shared experiences that strengthen classroom and family connections.
YogiSmart programming is led by a certified educator with a Master’s in Teaching and 18 years of teaching experiences. Instructors are background checked, and program documentation and insurance information are available upon request.
Programs may include:
movement activities that support smoother classroom transitions
calming routines and movement breaks that help children reset and refocus
family engagement sessions where caregivers join their children for movement experiences
simple routines families can practice together at home
Playful movement experiences designed for infants and toddlers that support early body awareness, sensory exploration, and caregiver connection through songs, gentle yoga, and interactive play.
Imaginative yoga and movement sessions that help preschoolers practice focus, self-regulation, coordination, and cooperation through stories, games, and playful poses.
