At YogiSmart, we help children grow in mind, body, and heart by exploring the limbs of yoga in a playful, kid-friendly way
Rooted in a 5,000‑year tradition from ancient India, yoga derives from the Sanskrit yuj, meaning “to unite”—symbolizing the joining of body, mind, and spirit through breath, movement, and mindfulness. At YogiSmart, we honor this legacy while adapting it with modern, play-based approaches.
Our carefully designed programs for children and youth of all ages blend timeless yogic wisdom with joyful, developmentally aligned activities that grow with your child.Through art, music, games, and other joyful activities, we weave together healthy habits, movement, and social connection—making yoga a playful and meaningful exploration.
Like adult yoga, our children’s yoga includes asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathwork), but each session is adapted for curious young minds and growing bodies, using creativity and play to spark both joy and mindfulness.
