Baby & Toddler Yoga (Infants–Toddlers)
Overview
Gentle Baby & Me Yoga supports infants and toddlers in developing motor skills, sensory awareness, early language, and caregiver connection. Caregivers participate alongside their children, creating a playful, nurturing, and interactive environment. Classes are designed to foster lifelong healthy habits from the very beginning.
Learning Goals
Develop motor skills and coordination through guided poses, playful movement, and mini obstacle courses
Support early language and communication with naming games, songs, and caregiver interaction

Class Structure
Guided Yoga: 15 minutes of caregiver-led poses, breath work, and gentle stretching
Free Exploration: Children explore movement, yoga poses, and rhythm instruments
Music & Rhythm: Singing bowls and other instruments support auditory and sensory skills
Early Learning Focus: Naming body parts, fruits, and vegetables
Communication & Connection: Playful activities to build language and social interaction
